目的：探讨青光眼患者用药依从性与青光眼病情进展的关系，并分析相关干预措施。方法随访我院门诊青光眼患者78例136眼，根据治疗依从分成3组，监测患者眼压及视野变化，了解各组患者青光眼的控制情况。结果在78例患者中眼压平稳（10～21 mmHg）的57例102眼，眼压波动（10～29 mmHg）的16例28眼，眼压升高急性发作的5例6眼。视野变化范围0°～55°。结论临床医生必须了解青光眼患者局部用药依从性的影响因素，以便采取有效干预措施。
목적：탐토청광안환자용약의종성여청광안병정진전적관계，병분석상관간예조시。방법수방아원문진청광안환자78례136안，근거치료의종분성3조，감측환자안압급시야변화，료해각조환자청광안적공제정황。결과재78례환자중안압평은（10～21 mmHg）적57례102안，안압파동（10～29 mmHg）적16례28안，안압승고급성발작적5례6안。시야변화범위0°～55°。결론림상의생필수료해청광안환자국부용약의종성적영향인소，이편채취유효간예조시。
Objective To explore relationship between drug compliance and glaucoma progression , and to discuss correspond-ing intervention measures .Methods Seventy-eight medical follow-up outpatients (136 eyes) with glaucoma were divided into 3 groups in accordance with drug compliance , and intraocular pressure and visual field were detected to evaluate glaucoma progression .Results In-traocular pressure showed steady (10-21 mmHg) in 57 cases (102 eyes), fluctuant (22-29 mmHg) in 16 cases (28 eyes).Five cases (6 eyes) rad acute onset of elevated intraocular pressure .Vision field of these patients ranged in 0°-55°.Conclusion It was important to understand the influencing factors of drug compliance of glaucoma patients , so as to take effective intervention measures .
