目的：探讨冠状动脉支架植入术前血清OX40配体(OX40L)对术后6个月患者心血管事件临床预测价值。方法于2011年3月至2013年7月收集在我院心内科冠心病患者156例,所有患者均在冠状动脉支架植入术前检测血清OX40L水平,术后内科标准化治疗,随访6个月根据心血管事件发生情况分为事件组和无事件组。结果在147例有效随访患者中,事件组患者31例(21．09%),无事件组患者116例(78．91%)；事件组患者血清OX40L水平(1．79±0．59) ng/mL明显高于无事件组患者(1．27±0．37)ng/mL,(P<0．01)；事件组患者心血管危险因素校正后,血清OX40L仍然是心血管事件独立的危险因素(P<0．05)。结论冠心病患者支架植入术前血清OX40L水平对术后6个月内心血管事件有很好的临床预测价值。
목적：탐토관상동맥지가식입술전혈청OX40배체(OX40L)대술후6개월환자심혈관사건림상예측개치。방법우2011년3월지2013년7월수집재아원심내과관심병환자156례,소유환자균재관상동맥지가식입술전검측혈청OX40L수평,술후내과표준화치료,수방6개월근거심혈관사건발생정황분위사건조화무사건조。결과재147례유효수방환자중,사건조환자31례(21．09%),무사건조환자116례(78．91%)；사건조환자혈청OX40L수평(1．79±0．59) ng/mL명현고우무사건조환자(1．27±0．37)ng/mL,(P<0．01)；사건조환자심혈관위험인소교정후,혈청OX40L잉연시심혈관사건독립적위험인소(P<0．05)。결론관심병환자지가식입술전혈청OX40L수평대술후6개월내심혈관사건유흔호적림상예측개치。
Objective We explored correlation between serum OX40L before coronary artery stent implantation and post-operative cardiovascular events. Methods We collected 156 cases of CHD after coronary artery stent implantation in PANG GANG general hospital from February 2010 to September 2012. The serum OX40L level was detected before coronary artery stent implantation. The patients were standardized treatment after PCI. Follow-up of 6 months, they were divided into events group and no event group according to cardiovascular events occurrence. Results 147 cases were followed-up, cardiovascular events group 31 cases(21. 09%), no cardiovascular events group of 116 patients(78. 91%). Comparison of the serum OX40L, the event group (1. 79 ± 0. 59)ng/mL was higher than no event groups of patients(1. 27 ± 0. 37)ng/mL(P<0. 01),Correcting other cardiovascu-lar risk factors, the serum OX40L is still independent risk factors for cardiovascular events(P<0. 05). Conclusion The serum OX40L before coronary artery stent implantation have very good clinical prediction value of cardiovascular events occurrence for CHD after stent implantation.
