The core of Internet finance is financial management and consumption online.Internet finance opens another door for college students who want to start their own business and runs new courses to develop people’ s sense of managing money matters; at the same time, it sets the stage for negative consequences for those college students with feeble risk awareness and keenness to follow the trend if they focus much on investments than on studies, blindly consume for they cannot resist the temptation of shopping online and foster their speculations because they can easily get return from the investment. Under the influence of postmodern consumerism, intensive studies are needed to dig into Internet finance so as to find education resources and methods which can guide college students to form a right view on the chances and risks brought by the Internet finance.
