提出一种U型变截面薄板结构驱动的压电直线超声电机,选定U板两纵杆的一阶反对称纵振和二阶对称弯振为工作模态。阐释了电机驱动机理,推导了定子驱动端椭圆运动轨迹;基于纵、弯工作模态频率一致性模型,优化了电机结构尺寸;通过谐响应分析及激光测振试验,证实了定子工作模态的存在及其纯正性;设计出电机装配结构,制作出其原型样机;构建电机驱动控制平台,驱动电机运转,验证电机原理的可行性。通过速度特性试验发现:当驱动频率为78.11 kHz且电压幅值为240 V时,电机最大运动速度可达125.6 mm/s。
提齣一種U型變截麵薄闆結構驅動的壓電直線超聲電機,選定U闆兩縱桿的一階反對稱縱振和二階對稱彎振為工作模態。闡釋瞭電機驅動機理,推導瞭定子驅動耑橢圓運動軌跡;基于縱、彎工作模態頻率一緻性模型,優化瞭電機結構呎吋;通過諧響應分析及激光測振試驗,證實瞭定子工作模態的存在及其純正性;設計齣電機裝配結構,製作齣其原型樣機;構建電機驅動控製平檯,驅動電機運轉,驗證電機原理的可行性。通過速度特性試驗髮現:噹驅動頻率為78.11 kHz且電壓幅值為240 V時,電機最大運動速度可達125.6 mm/s。

A linear ultrasonic motor driven by a U-shaped thin plate structure (stator)with variable cross-sections was presented.The U-shaped stator's 1 st anti-symmetric longitudinal mode and 2nd symmetrical bending mode were taken as the motor's work modes.The driving principle of the motor was presented,and the elliptical obits of the drive ends of the stator used to push the motor's slider were derived.The optimal sizes of the motor based on the work modes'frequency consistency model were acquired.The motor's assemble structure was designed,and a prototype of the motor was made. Harmonic response analysis and the laser modal tests were performed to validate the existence of the stator's work modes. A drive system was constructed to drive the motor.It was shown that the motor can run well.Speed characteristic tests showed that the motor can run at the maximum speed of 125.6 mm/s as it is driven by an alternating voltage of 240 V with frequency of 78.1 1 kHz.
