    目的：考察受试者接受重组高效抗肿瘤抗病毒蛋白治疗后的中和抗体产生情况。方法采用细胞病变效应法检测抗药抗体阳性血清的中和抗体活性。结果抗药抗体阳性血清的中和抗体活性检出率为0%。结论重组高效抗肿瘤抗病毒蛋白治疗后受试者中和抗体产生率低。
    목적：고찰수시자접수중조고효항종류항병독단백치료후적중화항체산생정황。방법채용세포병변효응법검측항약항체양성혈청적중화항체활성。결과항약항체양성혈청적중화항체활성검출솔위0%。결론중조고효항종류항병독단백치료후수시자중화항체산생솔저。
    Objective To investigate the activity of neutralizing antibody after the recombinant potent anti-tumor and anti-virus protein was injected in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods Apply the cytopathic effects to detect the activity of the neutralizing antibody in the anti-drug antibody positive samples. Results The detection rate of neutralizing antibody activity was 0% in the anti-drug antibody positive samples. Conclusion Few neutralizing antibodies produced after the recombinant potent anti-tumor and anti-virus protein was administrated in patients.
