目的:通过观察脉血康胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学和血脂的影响,探讨该药对脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将60例入选的脑梗死急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,2组均常规脱水、护脑、预防感染及对症治疗,治疗组口服脉血康胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次,连续4周。观察其用药后血液流变学指标(全血高切指数、低切指数、全血及血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白酶原水平、总胆固醇、甘油三酯)的变化,及神经缺损评分。结果血液流变学、血脂水平与神经缺损评分,治疗组与对照组比较差异显著性(p<0.01)。结论通心络胶囊能有效改善血液流变学和血脂代谢、神经缺损评分,是改善组织缺血安全有效的药物。

목적:통과관찰맥혈강효낭대급성뇌경사환자혈액류변학화혈지적영향,탐토해약대뇌경사적림상료효。방법장60례입선적뇌경사급성기환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,각30례,2조균상규탈수、호뇌、예방감염급대증치료,치료조구복맥혈강효낭,매차4립,매일3차,련속4주。관찰기용약후혈액류변학지표(전혈고절지수、저절지수、전혈급혈장점도、혈장섬유단백매원수평、총담고순、감유삼지)적변화,급신경결손평분。결과혈액류변학、혈지수평여신경결손평분,치료조여대조조비교차이현저성(p<0.01)。결론통심락효낭능유효개선혈액류변학화혈지대사、신경결손평분,시개선조직결혈안전유효적약물。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Maixuekang capsule against cerebral infarction by observing the effect of T Maixuekang capsule on hemorrheology and blood lipid in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 patients in treatment group were treated with Maixuekang capsule,4 capsules once,3 times a day ,with a treatment course of 4 weeks ,The change of hemorrheoloy parameters including whole blood high-shearing viscosity,low-shearing viscosity ,whole blood and plasma viscidity, plasma fibrinogen levels,total cholesterol,triglyceride as well as nerve defect score were tested and evaluated before and after treatment. Results There were significant differences in the parameters mentioned above between two groups(p<0.01).Conchusion Tongxinluo capsule can effectively improve the hemorrheology parameters,blood lipid metabolism,nerve defect score, which also can improve cerebral ischemia safely and effectively.
