实测了10个集中空调系统水泵的运行工况,结果表明:水泵的实际流量比设计流量平均高19.33%,水泵的实测效率平均为58.79%。其原因是水泵扬程选得过大,10个工程水泵铭牌工况扬程与所需扬程相比,平均高87.59%。其结果是实际能耗大大超过理想工况,10个工程的水泵实际能耗比理想工况能耗平均高131.45%。采用水泵的变速调节或者叶轮切削调节实现系统的设计流量,均有良好的节能效果。

Analyses the measured operation data of water pumps in the 10 central air conditioning projects.The results show that the measured flow rate of pump is 19.33 percent higher than that of design flow rate on average,and the measured efficiency of pump is 58.79 percent higher than that of design value on average.The higher flow rate and lower efficiency result from oversized pump head.The rated head is 87.59 percent higher than required head on average in 10 projects,which results in higher actual energy consumption than that of ideal condition.The actual energy consumption is 131.45 percent higher than that of ideal condition on average in 10 projects.Variable speed regulation of pumps or cutting-impeller control of pumps will contribute to operation on condition of design flow rate as well as sound energy saving effects.
