以白酒丢糟为原料制备活性炭。采用响应面分析法对NaOH溶液预处理去除丢糟蛋白的工艺参数进行优化,确定最佳预处理条件为:碱液浓度2.5 mol/L,碱煮时间2 h,固液比1:4,此时蛋白残留量为1.116%。采用Zn-Cl2活化后高温煅烧法制备活性炭,得出最佳制备条件为:ZnCl2质量浓度50%,料液比1:2,煅烧温度600℃,煅烧时间120 min。在最佳工艺条件下制得活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值最高可达到208 mg/g。

In the experiments, distiller's grains were used to produce active carbon. The pretreatment conditions of distiller's grains (pretreated by sodium hydroxide solution to remove its proteins) were optimized by response surface method as follows:sodium hydroxide solution concentra-tion was 2.5 mol/L, boiling time was 2 h, and solid-liquid ratio was 1:4, as a result, the residual rate of protein was 1.116 %. Then after ZnCl2 chemical activation, high temperature calcination activation was adopted for the preparation of active carbon and the optimum technical parame-ters were summed up as follows: ZnCl2 concentration was 50%, solid-liquid ratio was 1:2, calcination time was 120 min, and calcination temper-ature was at 600℃. Under the above conditions, the methylene blue absorption value of the produced active carbon reached up to 208 mg/g.
