Professional degree postgraduates education takes on the feature that specialization consistent with research, and professionalization combined with academic.Owe to this,it’s inevitable that the professional degree postgraduates edu-cation need to emphasize the professional quality,professional practicality and the cultivation of students’creative capaci-ty.Through comparative study on the curriculum concept,curriculum structure and curriculum implementation of Software Engineering Program of Carnegie Mellon University,the paper suggest that the basis to guarantee the effectiveness of cur-ricular system is the correct interpretation of the content of professional degree postgraduates.By setting up practical cur-riculum and improve the practicality and effectiveness,we can provide students with interdisciplinary and comprehensive training of professional knowledge.
