调查表明,中职生成才目标呈多样性特点,多数学生将为升学做准备、管理人才、营销人才、技术型人才作为首选成才目标,少量学生将技能型人才、工程型人才、研发人才作为首选成才目标,另有14.41%的学生不清楚自己的成才目标。中职生的成才目标受多种因素影响,学校发展水平、学校类型、专业类别、学习年限、性别、生源地、学习基础、家庭经济环境、入学原因等因素对学生成才目标的选择均有显著影响。建议增加职业教育的多样性,满足学生多样化成才需求;考虑多因素影响,构建职业教育人才培养目标体系;加快构建现代职业教育体系,满足学生升学要求;加强职业指导,帮助学生明确成才目标。
調查錶明,中職生成纔目標呈多樣性特點,多數學生將為升學做準備、管理人纔、營銷人纔、技術型人纔作為首選成纔目標,少量學生將技能型人纔、工程型人纔、研髮人纔作為首選成纔目標,另有14.41%的學生不清楚自己的成纔目標。中職生的成纔目標受多種因素影響,學校髮展水平、學校類型、專業類彆、學習年限、性彆、生源地、學習基礎、傢庭經濟環境、入學原因等因素對學生成纔目標的選擇均有顯著影響。建議增加職業教育的多樣性,滿足學生多樣化成纔需求;攷慮多因素影響,構建職業教育人纔培養目標體繫;加快構建現代職業教育體繫,滿足學生升學要求;加彊職業指導,幫助學生明確成纔目標。

Investigation shows that,the learning objectives of secondary vocational students are diverse.Most students will prepare to enter higher school,be management personnel,marketing personnel and technical personnel,and a small num-ber of students will prepare to be skilled personnel,engineering personnel and R & D personnel.Besides,another 14.41% students do not know their learning objectives.Multiple factors affect students to choose their learning objectives including level of school development,school type,subject,learning time,gender,living place,academic performance,fami-ly economic environment and learning motivation.So the paper suggests to increase the diversity of vocational education to meet the needs of students’diverse learning objectives,consider multiple factors to build the system of vocational edu-cation training objectives,accelerate the construction of modern vocational education system to meet the students’needs to enter higher schools,and strengthen vocational guidance to help students to clear their learning objectives.
