目的：探讨术前健康教育干预对椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折术后疼痛的影响。方法选择2013年1月~2014年1月我科行椎弓根内固定治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者76例，全部患者根据护理方法不同分为干预组和对照组各38例，两组患者均行椎弓根内固定。对照组实施常规术前准备及护理，干预组在上述干预措施的基础上实施系统、互动式的健康教育干预措施，观察比较两组术前及术后的SAS评分及VAS评分。结果干预组患者术前SAS评分比较差异不显著，术后干预组的SAS评分较术前明显降低，且干预组患者术后的SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者术前VAS评分比较差异不显著，术后两组的VAS评分均较术前明显降低，且干预组患者术后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折术前实施健康教育干预，可以缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁心理，减轻患者术后的疼痛。
목적：탐토술전건강교육간예대추궁근내고정치료흉요추골절술후동통적영향。방법선택2013년1월~2014년1월아과행추궁근내고정치료적흉요추골절환자76례，전부환자근거호리방법불동분위간예조화대조조각38례，량조환자균행추궁근내고정。대조조실시상규술전준비급호리，간예조재상술간예조시적기출상실시계통、호동식적건강교육간예조시，관찰비교량조술전급술후적SAS평분급VAS평분。결과간예조환자술전SAS평분비교차이불현저，술후간예조적SAS평분교술전명현강저，차간예조환자술후적SAS평분명현저우대조조(P<0.05)。간예조환자술전VAS평분비교차이불현저，술후량조적VAS평분균교술전명현강저，차간예조환자술후적VAS평분현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론재추궁근내고정치료흉요추골절술전실시건강교육간예，가이완해환자적초필、억욱심리，감경환자술후적동통。
Objective To investigate the affect on pain for patients with pedicle fixation in threatment thoracolumbar fractures postoperative health education intervention. Methods Selected 76 cases patients with pedicle fixation in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures from January 2013 to January 2014, all patients were randomly divided into in-tervention group and control group according to the different methods,each of 38 cases,two groups were given fixation of pedicle. The control group received routine preoperative preparation and care,the intervention group on the basis of the above interventions took implementation of the system,interactive health education interventions,before and after surgery in SAS score and VAS score were observed. Results The SAS score of intervention group was significantly low-er than the control group(P<0.05). Preoperative VAS scores in the intervention group and the control group,the differ-ence was not significant,VAS score of intervention group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education interventions before thoracolumbar fracture surgery with pedicle fixation can ease anxi-ety,depression psychology,alleviate the patient's pain.
