目的：探讨抗生素联合金刚藤治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效。方法将120例盆腔炎性疾病患者妇女随机分为两组。治疗组(60例)静滴抗生素联合口服金刚藤胶囊,对照组(60例)单纯静滴抗生素,10 d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果120例盆腔炎性疾病患者治疗3个疗程后,治疗组总有效率93.33%,明显优于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组症状体征改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合金刚藤治疗盆腔炎性疾病,显著改善患者临床症状,疗效明显提高,可较好预防盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的发生。

Objective To study the effect of antibiotic combined with Jingangtengin treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 120 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 60 cases were treated with intravenous antibiotics combined with oral Jingangteng capsule, the con-trol group of 60 cases were treated with simple intravenous antibiotics, 10 days for a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses. Results The 120 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease after 3 courses of treatment, the total effec-tive rate of treatment group was 93.33%, significantly better than the control group(83.33%), the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05); Signs and symptoms improved in treatment group was better than the control group, the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The antibiotic combined Jingangteng in treatment of pelvic in-flammatory disease, can improve clinical symptoms significantly, curative effect is obviously improved, and can better prevent sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
