目的:研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与胃癌组织中p27基因表达的相关性,探讨Hp感染引起胃癌发病的可能机制。方法 Hp感染检测采用14碳原尿素酶呼吸试验(14C-UBT)法,应用免疫组织化学染色快捷法检测p27蛋白的表达及与胃癌临床病理指标的关系,比较Hp感染与p27蛋白表达的相关性。结果胃癌患者Hp感染率为67.9%;p27蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达率与患者的性别、年龄和肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05),而与胃癌组织分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关;Hp感染与胃癌中p27基因表达呈负相关(r=-0.486,P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染可能通过降低胃黏膜抑癌基因 p27蛋白表达水平引起胃黏膜癌变。

목적:연구유문라간균(Hp)감염여위암조직중p27기인표체적상관성,탐토Hp감염인기위암발병적가능궤제。방법 Hp감염검측채용14탄원뇨소매호흡시험(14C-UBT)법,응용면역조직화학염색쾌첩법검측p27단백적표체급여위암림상병리지표적관계,비교Hp감염여p27단백표체적상관성。결과위암환자Hp감염솔위67.9%;p27단백재위암조직중적표체솔여환자적성별、년령화종류대소무상관성(P>0.05),이여위암조직분화정도、침윤심도、림파결전이화TNM분기밀절상관;Hp감염여위암중p27기인표체정부상관(r=-0.486,P<0.05)。결론 Hp감염가능통과강저위점막억암기인 p27단백표체수평인기위점막암변。
Objective To study the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and expression of p27 gene in gastric carcinoma tissue, to explore the possible mechanism of Hp infection induced gastric cancer. Methods Hp in-fection was detected by14 carbonandurease breath test (14C-UBT) method,immunohisto Chemical staining was used to detect the expression of p27 protein and quick method, and the relationship with the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer, correlation between Hp infection and the expression of p27 protein. Results Astric cancer patients with Hp infection rate was 67.9%; There was no correlation between the expression rate of p27 protein in gastric carcinoma patients and thegender, age and tumor size (P>0.05), and the degree of differentiation and gastric carcinoma, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and was closely related to the TNM staging; Is negatively related to p27 gene expression in HPinfection and gastric cancer (r=-0.486, P<0.05). Conclusion HP infection may be by reducing gastric mucosal expression of tumor suppressor gene p27 protein level sinduced gastric mucosal carcinogenesis.
