[目的]观察临床护理路径在结核性胸膜炎病人护理中的应用效果。[方法]选取2013年1月-2013年9月收治的62例结核性胸膜炎病人为观察组，另取2012年收治的62例结核性胸膜炎病人为对照组，对照组病人给予常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径进行护理，干预后对病人住院时间、住院费用、依从性、满意度及治疗效果进行评价。[结果]观察组病人治疗总有效率、依从性及满意度均高于对照组，住院时间、住院费用少于对照组，经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]临床护理路径在结核性胸膜炎病人护理中的应用效果显著，可减少病人医疗费用，促进病人恢复，提高病人依从性和满意度。
[목적]관찰림상호리로경재결핵성흉막염병인호리중적응용효과。[방법]선취2013년1월-2013년9월수치적62례결핵성흉막염병인위관찰조，령취2012년수치적62례결핵성흉막염병인위대조조，대조조병인급여상규호리，관찰조채용림상호리로경진행호리，간예후대병인주원시간、주원비용、의종성、만의도급치료효과진행평개。[결과]관찰조병인치료총유효솔、의종성급만의도균고우대조조，주원시간、주원비용소우대조조，경비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。[결론]림상호리로경재결핵성흉막염병인호리중적응용효과현저，가감소병인의료비용，촉진병인회복，제고병인의종성화만의도。
Obj ective:To observe the applied effect of clinical nursing path in nursing care of tuberculous pleurisy patients.Methods:A total of 62 ca-ses of tuberculous pleurisy patients were selected as observation group who were treated from January in 2013 to September in 2013.Another 62 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients treated in 2012 were selected as control group,Patients in control group received routine care,patients in observa-tion group received care by clinical nursing path.After the intervention,the length of stay,hospital costs,compliance,satisfaction and treatment effect of the patients were evaluated.Results:Observation group total efficiency, compliance and satisfaction of patients in observation group were higher than that in control group;length of stay and hospital costs were less than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of clinical nursing pathway is sig-nificant in nursing care of tuberculous pleurisy patients,and it can reduce patients’medical costs,speed up patients’recovery time and improve pa-tients’compliance and satisfaction.
