目的：对患有心血管疾病患者的护理疗效进行探讨与分析。方法：选择2011年10月-2013年9月笔者所在医院收治的患有心血管疾病患者76例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组38例。两组患者需要经过一系列检查并接受常规治疗，研究组与对照组患者均接受常规护理，研究组需要外加特殊级别的护理方案进行护理干预。结果：对两组患者进行相关调查问卷及评分，研究组的满意度为94.74%(36/38)，对照组满意度为78.95%(30/38)。研究组患者心理、精神、社会功能及物质生活等对比方面的水平比对照组显著提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：舒适护理干预措施对提高心血管疾病患者的生活质量有非常重要的临床意义，这也是舒适度护理干预措施值得在血管疾病患者中推广和重视的原因。

목적：대환유심혈관질병환자적호리료효진행탐토여분석。방법：선택2011년10월-2013년9월필자소재의원수치적환유심혈관질병환자76례，수궤분위연구조화대조조，매조38례。량조환자수요경과일계렬검사병접수상규치료，연구조여대조조환자균접수상규호리，연구조수요외가특수급별적호리방안진행호리간예。결과：대량조환자진행상관조사문권급평분，연구조적만의도위94.74%(36/38)，대조조만의도위78.95%(30/38)。연구조환자심리、정신、사회공능급물질생활등대비방면적수평비대조조현저제고，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：서괄호리간예조시대제고심혈관질병환자적생활질량유비상중요적림상의의，저야시서괄도호리간예조시치득재혈관질병환자중추엄화중시적원인。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with cardiovascular disease.Method:From October 2011 to September 2013 in our hospital during the period of patients with cardiovascular disease in 76 cases,were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each group of 38 cases.Two groups needed to go through a series of check and accepted the routine treatment,the study group and the control group received conventional nursing,the study group was adding a special level of care for nursing intervention.Result:The questionnaire and the scores of two groups were observed,the degree of satisfaction the study group was 94.74%(36/38),the control group was 78.95%(30/38).The psychological,spiritual,social function and material life of the study group,were significantly higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing intervention has very important clinical significance to improve the quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease,which is the comfort nursing intervention,is worth of popularizing in vascular diseases and attach importance to reason.
