본연구이정상이론위기출，운용단체훈련적형식，설계단체정상훈련방안。탐색일충정상교육적유효도경，위제고의학상관전업고직생적정상수평，방조타문순리도과대학계단，재금후적생활화공작강위상획득경호적발전。
The study devises the training group program based on emotional intelligence theory. The aim is to explore an effective way for emotional intelligence education, and increase the level of emotional intelligence among the health v ocational college stu-dents, in order to have a better life in the college, and get better development in the future.
