This paper analyzed the robot team construction in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, researched the organization styles, structures and models of the team for science and technology competition for college students, discussed how to the basic ways of improving the learning efficiency, innovative spirit and cooperative ability of the team, and finally made some explorations on improving students' innovative ability combined with the practical situation of our team.
