Cultivating and shaping individual core competitive-ness is the ultimate goal of"project-based training"as a mode of talent training, whose typical characteristics are practicality, use-fulness and efficiency which are consistent with the objectives and requirements of freshman cadres training for university class and Youth League. Freshman class and Youth League cadres training should learn from the scientific talent cultivation ideas and efficient cultivation mechanism of the"project-based train-ing"mode, so as to get rid of the present dilemma.
