党的十八大报告将生态文明建设纳入“五位一体”的总体战略布局，这进一步昭示了我国政府治理环境的决心，同时也表达了政府对提高全民生态素质的迫切愿望。青少年作为中国未来的主人，他们的生态文明素质将直接影响我国的可持续发展，故文章分析了当前我国青少年生态文明教育存在的问题及原因，并在此基础上提出了提高青少年生态文明教育实效性的路径。

Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC has brought ecological civilization construction into the"five-in-one"overall strategic layout, which further demonstrates the de-termination of the Chinese government to control the environ-ment, and also expresses the urgent desire of the government to improve the national ecological quality. As the future master of China, teenagers' ecological civilization quality will directly in-fluence the sustainable development of China, so this paper ana-lyzed the problems existing in the current ecological civilization education of teenagers in China and the causes, and proposed ways of improving the effectiveness of ecological civilization edu-cation of teenagers.
