Musical non-material cultural heritage is a part of non-material cultural heritage. The library of music colleges and universities can utilize the abundant resources and personnel advantage to participate in the "inheritance and protection of musical non-material cultural heritage"in digital form. This paper mainly analyzes the process of recording and saving the musical non-material cultural heritage really, systemically and comprehensively in digital form.
