Based on the social need for public nutritionist’s ability, this article analyzes the talent training scheme, teaching contents, examination mode and practice teaching. It explores the reform measures in talent training process and puts forward corresponding solutions, so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of nutrition and catering graduates.
