从动态角度考虑了风险对综合单价的影响,运用三维风险矩阵和层次分析方法,构建了综合单价风险费用动态量化模型,计算出了工程建设项目中每一施工阶段的综合单价风险系数,从而推断施工阶段中对应分部分项工程的风险系数,最后求得其综合单价。
從動態角度攷慮瞭風險對綜閤單價的影響,運用三維風險矩陣和層次分析方法,構建瞭綜閤單價風險費用動態量化模型,計算齣瞭工程建設項目中每一施工階段的綜閤單價風險繫數,從而推斷施工階段中對應分部分項工程的風險繫數,最後求得其綜閤單價。

Considering the risk's influence on the comprehensive unit price from the perspective of dynamic, and using three dimensional matrix and AHP method to construct the dynamic quantitative evaluation model of comprehensive unit price risk cost, and calculate the comprehensive unit price risk coefficient of each construction stage in the engineering construction project. Accordingly, infer the corresponding subsection project risk coefficient during construction stage. Finally the corresponding comprehensive unit price is determined.
