According to the characteristics of complex geological condition,dense cavities,poor stability of Elephant Trunk Hill Hydropower Sta-tion diversion power generation system excavation engineering,this paper analyzed the emphases and difficulties of safety management,through the safety planning,established the safety management method of the project,and made elaboration one by one,gained the safety management objectives of zero casualties.
