在进行水质分析和综合比较的基础上,提出了焦化废水处理示范工程的隔油+气浮+催化氧化+化学沉淀+A/A/O+TNC+碱化沉淀+脱色+过滤组合工艺,处理后水质可达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准(GB16171-2012)》的排放要求,其运行费用为7.68元/t,与同类废水处理工程相比,费用较低。

Based on the analysis and comprehensive comparison of wastewater quality, the combined treating process of oil separation+gas floatation + catalytic oxidation + chemical precipitation +A/A/O+TNC+ alkaline precipitation + decolorization + filtration for coking wastewater treatment demonstration project was identified in the research. The treated water quality can meet the emission requirements of"Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Coking Chemical Industry (GB16171-2012)", and its running cost was 7.68¥/t, which was lower than the similar wastewater treatment engineering.
