目的:观察参黄胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠慢性并发症相关因素的影响。方法用高脂饲料喂养加腹腔注射30 mg/kg STZ诱导大鼠复制2型糖尿病模型后,再将成模大鼠随机分为参黄胶囊高、中、低剂量组,二甲双胍组及模型组,并设对照组。各给药组以7.5 mL/kg灌胃给予相应药物,对照组和模型组给予等容积的生理盐水,连续用药4周后,检测血清胰岛素(INS)水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数;测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、醛糖还原酶( AR)含量的变化并进行相关分析。结果参黄胶囊高、中剂量组INS和ISI均明显改善,且 MDA、AR水平降低,SOD水平升高,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P 均﹤0.05)。结论参黄胶囊通过改善胰岛素敏感指数、抗氧化作用、降低 AR 途径对2型糖尿病大鼠的慢性并发症产生防治作用。

목적:관찰삼황효낭대2형당뇨병대서만성병발증상관인소적영향。방법용고지사료위양가복강주사30 mg/kg STZ유도대서복제2형당뇨병모형후,재장성모대서수궤분위삼황효낭고、중、저제량조,이갑쌍고조급모형조,병설대조조。각급약조이7.5 mL/kg관위급여상응약물,대조조화모형조급여등용적적생리염수,련속용약4주후,검측혈청이도소(INS)수평,계산이도소민감지수;측정혈청초양화물기화매(SOD)、병이철(MDA)、철당환원매( AR)함량적변화병진행상관분석。결과삼황효낭고、중제량조INS화ISI균명현개선,차 MDA、AR수평강저,SOD수평승고,여모형조비교균유현저성차이(P 균﹤0.05)。결론삼황효낭통과개선이도소민감지수、항양화작용、강저 AR 도경대2형당뇨병대서적만성병발증산생방치작용。
Objective It is to observe the effectiveness of Shenhuang capsule on the related factors of chronic complica-tions of type 2 diabetic rats. Methods Feeding high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg STZ in rats to induce type 2 diabetes mellitus model,then they were randomly divide into high,medium and low dose of Shenhuang capsule groups,metformin group and model group,and some rats were set as control group. Every administered group was given re-spective drug 7. 5 mL/kg,the control and the model groups were given equal volume of saline. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,serum insulin was determined,insulin sensitive index was calculated,the changes of serum contents of SOD, MDA,AR were observed and did correlated analysis. Results INS and ISI both were obviously improved while the level of MDA and AR decreased and SOD increased in high and medium dosage of Shenhuang capsule groups,compared with those in model group,the differences were significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Shenhuang capsule can prevent and treatment chronic complications of type 2 diabetic rats by reducing insulin resistance,oxidation resistance and AR.
