目的:探讨心理剧在健康心理学教学中的效果。方法采用SAS、应对方式问卷对学生教学前后的心理状况进行评估。结果教学后焦虑状态明显改善(P<0.05);解决问题、求助因子得分增加,自责、退避因子得分降低(P<0.05)。结论在健康心理学教学中运用心理剧形式有利于改善学生心理健康状况。

Objective To explore the effect of Psychological drama in the Health Psychology Teaching.Methods SAS and Coping Style Questionnaire were used to evaluate the difference in mental health of students before and after the course. Results There was significant difference on Anxiety before and after the course(P<0.05).The sores on rationalization,making help increased and sores on self-accusation, escape symptom decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological drama in the Health Psychology Teaching is effective in promoting mental health of students.
