为了提高齿轮工艺设计效率，实现零件工艺快速生成，以盘状齿轮为代表，在分析其结构及工艺特点的基础上，提出一种基于典型实例工艺的工艺设计方法。着重研究了基于该方法进行工艺设计时的几个关键技术，包括零件实例信息建模、实例工艺检索、实例工艺修订。并给出了由实例工艺生成新工艺的应用范例。

In order to improve the efficiency of process planning for gear ,and to realize the rapid forming of part process,a method to process planning based on typical example process was presented in this paper.According to character of different discal gear,typical process case were respectively used to do new process planning.Based on this,some key technologies of process planning based on typical process case,such as case modeling, case process searching,case process editing were researched.And application case was also offered.
