对大截面H13模具钢淬火开裂进行分析,结果表明,模具钢形状和淬火冷却制度不合理是淬火开裂的主要原因。通过Ansys Workbench 温度场仿真可以揭示淬火冷却时复杂零部件温度变化趋势和应力变化情况,从而制定出合理的淬火冷却制度。
對大截麵H13模具鋼淬火開裂進行分析,結果錶明,模具鋼形狀和淬火冷卻製度不閤理是淬火開裂的主要原因。通過Ansys Workbench 溫度場倣真可以揭示淬火冷卻時複雜零部件溫度變化趨勢和應力變化情況,從而製定齣閤理的淬火冷卻製度。

After the analysis for quench cracking of H 13 die steel with great section ,it was found that main cause of quench cracking is than the shape and hardened die steel cooling system is unreasonable .Temperature field simula-tion by Ansys Workbench can reveal trends components of complex changes in temperature and stress during quenching in order to establish a reasonable quench system .
