采用滤纸药膜法对玉米象、谷蠹、赤拟谷盗三种储粮害虫进行了天然除虫菊素的室内毒力测定。经72 h的毒力测定,天然除虫菊素对玉米象、谷蠹、赤拟谷盗的LC50分别为0.159 mg/cm2,0.251 mg/cm2和0.096 mg/cm2。天然除虫菊素对这三种储粮害虫具有触杀作用,不同虫种对天然除虫菊素的敏感性不同。
採用濾紙藥膜法對玉米象、穀蠹、赤擬穀盜三種儲糧害蟲進行瞭天然除蟲菊素的室內毒力測定。經72 h的毒力測定,天然除蟲菊素對玉米象、穀蠹、赤擬穀盜的LC50分彆為0.159 mg/cm2,0.251 mg/cm2和0.096 mg/cm2。天然除蟲菊素對這三種儲糧害蟲具有觸殺作用,不同蟲種對天然除蟲菊素的敏感性不同。
채용려지약막법대옥미상、곡두、적의곡도삼충저량해충진행료천연제충국소적실내독력측정。경72 h적독력측정,천연제충국소대옥미상、곡두、적의곡도적LC50분별위0.159 mg/cm2,0.251 mg/cm2화0.096 mg/cm2。천연제충국소대저삼충저량해충구유촉살작용,불동충충대천연제충국소적민감성불동。
The contact toxicities of natural pyrethrins against three stored grain pests , Sitophilus zeamais , Rhizoper-tha dominica and Tribolium castaneum were evaluated by using dry film bioassay in room .The results showed that , LC50 values of natural pyrethrins against these three species were 0.159 mg/cm2 ,0.251 mg/cm2 ,0.096 mg/cm2 , respectively, after the treated pests were maintained at room temperature for 72 hours.Though different species showed distinct sensitivity to the natural pyrethrins , contact toxicities were showed in the natural pyrethrins against stored-grain pests .
