目的：探讨前列腺癌放射粒子植入手术的有关手术配合与管理。方法以2013年5月至2014年5月间本院119例患者行放射性粒子植入手术临床护理防的防护管理过程进行观察、分析、总结。结果成功顺利配合放射粒子植入手术，手术效果满意。结论规范的护理行为及手术步骤的熟练掌握是医疗安全的保障与必备的条件。
목적：탐토전렬선암방사입자식입수술적유관수술배합여관리。방법이2013년5월지2014년5월간본원119례환자행방사성입자식입수술림상호리방적방호관리과정진행관찰、분석、총결。결과성공순리배합방사입자식입수술，수술효과만의。결론규범적호리행위급수술보취적숙련장악시의료안전적보장여필비적조건。
Objective To explore the nursing cooperation in brachytherapy on the patients with clinically lo-calized intermediate and high-risk prostate cancer. Methods A total of 119 prostate cancer patients were en-rolled for brachytherapy from May 2013 to May 2014. Results All the procedures were uneventful,and the effi-cacy shows satisfactory. Conclusions The nursing experience and the behavior criterion are necessary for the pro-cedure.
