浙江台州发电厂四期和五期4台燃煤火力发电机组,安装了24套锅炉微油点火装置,带来可观的节油效益。但在运行过程中也发生一些问题。本文针对该微油点火装置组成及工作原理进行了介绍,对微油点火装置使用过程中存在的问题,进行了原因分析,给出了问题的处理方法,总结了热控专业的故障现象检查排除经验,供同行检修维护中参考。

Four coal-fired thermal power generating units of Taizhou Power Plant in Zhejiang Province have installed 24sets of boiler micro-oil ignition device, which have brought considerable fuel efficiency. However, they also bring some problems during operation. The paper introduces the components and working principle of the micro-oil ignition device, analyzes the problems during operation, and proposes the solution. In addtion, this paper sums up the experience in troubleshooting for the Thermal Control Professionals, and provides a reference for the peer.
