This article describes the design and implementation methods of one seismic system used in mobile aftershock emergency observation,whose key features are portable,low power consumption and the capability of nearly real-time data trasmission and remote controlling.The system highly facilitates the work of equipment deploying and timely obtains the seismic raw data.By realizing the function of real-time tracking the seismic sequence activities and closely monitoring the development of seismic regime,it also privides seismic researchers in the field or in the rear with technical means to dynamically analyze the trend of seismic activities.
