目的：评价依折麦布联合辛伐他汀对冠心病高脂血症患者的疗效及安全性。方法入选2011年6月至2013年8月在北京军区总医院干一科住院的冠心病高脂血症患者60例。随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例。检测患者治疗前后总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、三酰甘油（TG）水平，观察并记录不良反应。结果在对照组中，与治疗前比较，治疗后TC、TG和LDL-C均降低，差异具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。在治疗组中，与治疗前比较，治疗后TC、TG和LDL-C均降低，差异具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。与对照组治疗后比较，治疗组TC[（4.10±1.24）mmol/L]、TG[（1.64±0.75）mmol/L]和LDL-C[（2.33±0.75）mmol/L]均降低，差异具有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。药物降脂治疗后，对照组LDL-C的达标率为46.7%，治疗组为76.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论依折麦布联合辛伐他汀可达到强化降脂的效果，疗效优于单独应用辛伐他汀，且不良反应较少。
목적：평개의절맥포연합신벌타정대관심병고지혈증환자적료효급안전성。방법입선2011년6월지2013년8월재북경군구총의원간일과주원적관심병고지혈증환자60례。수궤분위대조조화치료조，매조30례。검측환자치료전후총담고순（TC）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）、고밀도지단백담고순（HDL-C）、삼선감유（TG）수평，관찰병기록불량반응。결과재대조조중，여치료전비교，치료후TC、TG화LDL-C균강저，차이구유통계학의의（P균＜0.05）。재치료조중，여치료전비교，치료후TC、TG화LDL-C균강저，차이구유통계학의의（P균＜0.05）。여대조조치료후비교，치료조TC[（4.10±1.24）mmol/L]、TG[（1.64±0.75）mmol/L]화LDL-C[（2.33±0.75）mmol/L]균강저，차이구유통계학의의（P균＜0.05）。약물강지치료후，대조조LDL-C적체표솔위46.7%，치료조위76.7%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론의절맥포연합신벌타정가체도강화강지적효과，료효우우단독응용신벌타정，차불량반응교소。
Objective To review the efficacy and safety of ezetimibe combining simvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia. Methods The patients (n=60) were chosen from Jun. 2011 to Aug. 2013, and then randomly divided into control group and treatment group (each n=30). The levels of total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) were detected and adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C decreased in control group and treatment group (all P<0.05) after treatment. Compared with control group after treatment, TC [(4.10±1.24) mmol/L], TG [(1.64±0.75) mmol/L] and LDL-C [(2.33±0.75) mmol/L] decreased in treatment group (all P<0.05). After treatment, control rate of LDL-C was 46.7%in control group and 76.7%in treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ezetimibe combining simvastatin can improve lipid-lowering efficacy, and the curative effect is superior to single simvastatin with less adverse reactions.
