本文结合新的医疗体制改革对医院门诊满意度高要求的形势,以三级甲等专科医院运行一年的门诊大厅值班主任制度为着眼点,探讨科学的制定值班主任制度对提升门诊服务的重要性,思考使用PDCA循环管理法来管理值班主任制度并提出可行性方案。

Under the context of medical reform which formulated the higher requirement in outpatient satisfaction with hospital service, this article focuses on the system of chief on duty which has been carried out for one year in upper first-class specialized hospitals, explores the signiifcance of scientiifc system of chief on duty in advancing outpatient service, speculates the PDCA cycle management method in the system of chief on duty, and presents the feasible proposal.
