建立了高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中光甘草定含量的方法。样品经甲醇超声提取,用高效液相色谱进行定性和定量检测。方法线性浓度范围为0.5~100μg/mL,相关系数r大于0.99,最低检出限为0.15μg/mL(S/N=3),高、中、低3个浓度水平的加标回收率在89.2%~108.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于10%。

A sensitive method for determination of glabridin in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. The cosmetics sample was ultrasonically extracted by methanol,then was separated and determined by HPLC. A linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 0.5 to 100μg/mL. The linear correlation coeffi-cients of the method were above 0 .99 . The detection limit of method was 0 .1 5μg/mL(S/N= 3 ). The recoveries at three levels ranged from 89.2% to 108.4% ,the relative standard deviations (n= 6)were less than 10% .
