通过环己烷、乙醇及其复合溶剂提取烟草净油工艺的研究，探讨了复合溶剂配比、液料比、浸提温度、浸提时间等因素对烟草净油收率的影响，并考察了溶剂对烟草净油致香成分的影响。净油收率随溶剂极性增强而增大；从烟草净油收率、节约溶剂和降低能耗的角度考虑，提取液料质量比选定为6∶1；考虑到烟草净油收率和热敏性物质的稳定性，最佳提取温度设定为50℃。使用混合溶剂提取可以利用不同溶剂组分的协同作用，提高有效成分的提取率，降低杂质含量，进而提高烟草净油的品质。

The effects of ratio of cyclohexane to ethanol,ratio of liquid to solid,extraction temperature and extraction time on yield of tobacco absolute were investigated. The influence of solvent on flavor ingredients in tobacco absolute was also dis-cussed. The yield of tobacco absolute increased with the polarity of solvent. The optimized ratio of liquid to solid was set at 6/1 considering the yield of tobacco absolute,solvent saving and energy reduction. The optimized temperature was 50 ℃ based on yield of product and stability of heat-sensitive materials. The yield of tobacco absolute could be improved,and content of impu-rities could be reduced by synergistic effect of compound solvent,thus,the product with improved quality could be obtained.
