The working process of PSA unit is a complex process of sequential control. PSA has two oil pumps which are spare to each other. Besides, it has altogether eight PID regulatory circuits, in which there are four servo controls. This paper will mainly introduce the process is how to be realized between oil pumps and servo controls in PSA unit.
