人才培养机制决定人才队伍质量，必须给以重视。中美两国中学阶段优秀篮球后备人才培养机制存在明显差异，主要表现在：指导原则内涵相同、外延不同；人才培养体制截然不同；规章制度的完善程度差异较大，建议我国从完善指导原则、改革人才培养体制，继续建立健全相关规章制度入手，尽快建立起合理的中学阶段篮球优秀后备人才培养机制。
人纔培養機製決定人纔隊伍質量，必鬚給以重視。中美兩國中學階段優秀籃毬後備人纔培養機製存在明顯差異，主要錶現在：指導原則內涵相同、外延不同；人纔培養體製截然不同；規章製度的完善程度差異較大，建議我國從完善指導原則、改革人纔培養體製，繼續建立健全相關規章製度入手，儘快建立起閤理的中學階段籃毬優秀後備人纔培養機製。
인재배양궤제결정인재대오질량，필수급이중시。중미량국중학계단우수람구후비인재배양궤제존재명현차이，주요표현재：지도원칙내함상동、외연불동；인재배양체제절연불동；규장제도적완선정도차이교대，건의아국종완선지도원칙、개혁인재배양체제，계속건립건전상관규장제도입수，진쾌건립기합리적중학계단람구우수후비인재배양궤제。
The talent mechanism determines the quality talent team ,must give attention .The obvious differences between China and the USA in the training mechanism of middle school basketball reserve personnel ,mainly displays in:guiding principle of the in-herent meaning is the same ,but the extension different;talent cultivation system is completely different;there is the bigger gap in the perfect degree of regulations and rules , Suggestion:we should perfecting the guiding , reform the personnel training system , continue to establish and improve the relevant rules and regulations ,as soon as possible to establish the training mechanism of mid-dle school basketball reserve personnel .
