考虑自发辐射相干,解析地研究了半导体耦合三量子阱系统中探测光和信号光场的增益和吸收性质。基于光与原子相互作用的半经典理论,通过建立耦合量子阱中自发辐射相干的理论模型,求得了系统的探测光和信号光场的线性极化率。结果表明,量子阱内部自发辐射相干强度及外部控制光场能实现对探测光和信号光的线性增益和吸收性质的有效调节,进而显示隧穿诱导透明单、双窗口及增益之间的相互转换。
攷慮自髮輻射相榦,解析地研究瞭半導體耦閤三量子阱繫統中探測光和信號光場的增益和吸收性質。基于光與原子相互作用的半經典理論,通過建立耦閤量子阱中自髮輻射相榦的理論模型,求得瞭繫統的探測光和信號光場的線性極化率。結果錶明,量子阱內部自髮輻射相榦彊度及外部控製光場能實現對探測光和信號光的線性增益和吸收性質的有效調節,進而顯示隧穿誘導透明單、雙窗口及增益之間的相互轉換。

Considering the effect of spontaneously generated coherence (SGC),we analytically study the optical amplification and absorption properties of the probe laser and signal light fields in coupled-triple-quantum-well structures. By establishing the theoretical model of the quantum-well structures, we obtain the linear polarization susceptibilities of the probe and signal fields within the influence of SGC, which is on the basis of the semiclassical theory of interaction between light and atoms. It is shown that the optical amplification and absorption properties of the probe and signal fields can be modulated by tuning the strength of SGC and external control fields in such a system. Furthermore,we obtain that in this system there occurs one- or two- transparency window, or optical gain, which is controlled by adjusting the SGC and the coupling control fields.
