主要采用解剖学和组织学的方法,对已进行形态观测的峨眉髭蟾蝌蚪解剖观察,测量消化系统各组织长度和质量,再将其消化系统制作成石蜡切片观察组织结构,得到了如下结果:峨眉髭蟾蝌蚪肥大,腹部占据体长近2/3,肠几乎占据整个腹腔;消化系统组织学观察到峨眉髭蟾蝌蚪小肠分化出了初步层次结构;肝小叶分界线不明显,肝细胞排列紧密,门管区结构较为清晰;胰脏可辨别出腺泡细胞、泡心细胞及其胰岛。

This paper, by means of anatomy and histology, observes the anatomical process of Vibrissaphora Boringii tadpoles with a view to measuring the length and quality of all its tissues in the digestive system, which is then made into paraffin section for observation. The result shows that Vibrissaphora Boringii tadpole is relatively large, its abdomen occupies two-thirds of the whole body and its intestines nearly occupy its whole abdominal cavity. Besides, it is observed that large and small intestines have differentiated simple rank structures, the dividing lines of hepatic lobule are dim, its liver cells arrange tightly and that the structure of its portal area is comparatively clear. It is also observed that in the pancreas, the acinus cells, centro acinar cells and pancreatic islets can be distinguished.
