对40 mm厚TC4-DT钛合金自由锻件进行焊接。通过对焊接接头显微组织分析及拉伸、冲击等测试,研究了该合金电子束焊接接头的相关性能。经研究发现:TC4-DT锻件具有良好的焊接工艺性能,焊缝为网篮组织,该合金电子束焊接接头的拉伸强度与锻件相当,但冲击韧性与锻件相比略低。
對40 mm厚TC4-DT鈦閤金自由鍛件進行銲接。通過對銲接接頭顯微組織分析及拉伸、遲擊等測試,研究瞭該閤金電子束銲接接頭的相關性能。經研究髮現:TC4-DT鍛件具有良好的銲接工藝性能,銲縫為網籃組織,該閤金電子束銲接接頭的拉伸彊度與鍛件相噹,但遲擊韌性與鍛件相比略低。
대40 mm후TC4-DT태합금자유단건진행한접。통과대한접접두현미조직분석급랍신、충격등측시,연구료해합금전자속한접접두적상관성능。경연구발현:TC4-DT단건구유량호적한접공예성능,한봉위망람조직,해합금전자속한접접두적랍신강도여단건상당,단충격인성여단건상비략저。
Electron beam welding ( EBW) of a 40 mm thick TC4-DT titanium alloy was carried out .The prop-erties of EBW joint for the titanium alloy were researched by means of the microstructure , tension testing , im-pact testing and so on .The results indicated that the welding performance of TC 4-DT titanium alloy was excel-lent.The EBW joint of TC4-DT titanium alloy is composed by the basketweave structure α′.Compared with the forgings, the EBW joints of TC4-DT titanium alloy had similar tension strength .The impact toughness of the EBW joints was less than that of the forgings .
