介绍了激光扫描焊接技术的基本原理,并从三个方面介绍了这种技术的应用:焊接效率、间隙适应性和焊缝性能。与普通的焊接技术相比,使用激光扫描焊接技术可以数倍的提高焊接效率;并且对于焊缝坡口间隙具有良好的适应性,降低了坡口间隙的加工精度要求;激光扫描焊接技术还可以大大提高焊缝性能,通过细化焊缝晶粒,显著的提高了焊缝强度和韧性,并且可以抑制和消除气孔、减少裂纹长度。

This paper introduces the basic principle and application of the laser scanning welding technology from three aspects: the welding efficiency, the gap adaptability and the welding performance. Compared with the ordinary welding technology, welding efficiency is improved several times, and good adaptability for the groove clearance is obtained using laser scanning welding technology, so the groove intermittent machining accuracy requirements reduced. At the same time, using laser scanning welding technology, the performance of weld seam is greatly improved: the weld strength and toughness is significantly improved, and pores is restrained and eliminated, crack length reduce by refining grain of seam.
