以CuSO4·5H2 O和NaOH为原料,采用直接沉淀法制备CuO纳米粉体材料.不添加任何辅助试剂,在不同反应条件下,包括改变N aO H的浓度、反应的温度和时间、搅拌速度等,合成了C uO纳米粉体材料,考查了反应条件的变化对CuO的物相和颗粒大小的影响.利用X 射线衍射和扫描电镜,对在不同条件下制得的CuO样品进行表征.结果表明:在40℃下,当NaO H的浓度为5.0 mol/L时,搅拌反应20 min后即可得到粒径均匀、物相纯粹的CuO纳米粉体材料.

CuO was prepared using CuSO4 · 5H2 O and NaOH as raw materials without adding other auxiliary reagents by direct precipitation method in this experiment .The NaOH concentration ,reaction temperature ,and reaction time were changed in preparation process to obtained the optimum reaction conditions .The obtained samples were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) .The results showed that CuO nanomaterials with well crys-tallinity and uniform size were readily preparation in 5 mol/L NaOH solution at 40 °C for 20 min .
