由于微电网引入了风能等可再生能源发电,其出力的不可预测性、随机性和间歇性使得微电网在孤岛运行时的频率控制具有一定难度。为了减小频率的实时波动,设计了基于扩张状态观测器的实时频率补偿控制器,将负荷与风电的波动当作系统的干扰,将储能电池和微电网的传递函数转换为状态空间表达式,作为被控对象,调整控制器的参数,使得微电网的频率稳定在额定值附近。利用仿真软件M atlab搭建模型,与传统的下垂控制方法进行对比,仿真结果表明:笔者设计的基于自抗扰控制器的频率控制方法稳定性好,抗干扰能力强。

The output of MicroGrid is unpredictable ,random and intermittent .MicroGrid in islanding operation that the frequency control has the certain difficulty .In order to reduce the frequency of real time volatility ,designed the real time frequency compensation controller based on the extended state observer ,the load and wind power fluctuations as interference in a system ,the energy transfer function is converted to the state space expression of battery and Micro Grid ,as a con-trolled object ,adjusting the parameters of the controller .The frequency stability of the micro grid near in the ratings ,using the simulation software Matlab to build model ,compared with the conventional droop control strategy .Simulation results showed that the frequency stability is stronger and anti interference ability is enhanced .
