采用文献资料法对唐诗中有关农民休闲活动的诗句进行分析，得知唐朝农民的休闲活动主要有：钓鱼、登高、下棋、放纸鸢、秋千、蹴鞠、踏青、竞渡等，其主要特点有：参与观赏，各有所享；节日性强，持续性弱；传承引进，普及创新；趣味性强，竞技性弱。研究唐代农民的休闲活动具有重要的史学价值，对传承和弘扬民间传统文化，促进全民健身活动的发展具有重要的现实意义。

Using the method of consulting literature to analyze poems about leisure activities of peasants in the Tang Dynasty , we learned that the major leisure activities of peasants in the Tang Dynasty are:fishing, climbing, playing chess, flying kites, swing-ing, cuju, outing, boatrace etc.Its main features are:participating in viewing and enjoying themselves; emphasizing on festival but neglecting sustainability;inheriting and recruiting , popularizing and innovating;interesting and competitive .It is of historical value to study the leisure activities of peasants in Tang Dynasty for inheriting and carrying forward the traditional folk culture and then promoting the development of the national body -building activities .
