近年来，我国牛羊肉价格一路飙升，已对人们日常生活造成一定影响。分析近10年来我国牛羊产业的发展状况发现，全国牛羊存栏量逐年下降，而人们对牛羊肉需求量却不断增加，市场牛羊肉供需关系严重失衡是导致价格不断攀升的主要原因。根据产业发展现状来看，预计未来一段时期我国牛羊肉价格还将继续在高位运行。要稳定牛羊肉价格，需从政策扶持和资金投入、良种繁育体系建设、市场调控等方面入手，积极促进我国牛羊产业健康发展。

In recent years ,the prices of domestic beef and mutton has increased rapidly and resulted in negative effects on people’s daily life .Through analysis on the development of beef cattle and sheep industry in the past decades ,we found that the breeding stock of beef cattle and sheep declined seriously ,but the demand for beef and mutton is rising .This supply-demand imbalance is the main reason for the rising beef and mutton market prices , and according to the current situation of the industry development ,the prices will remain in high level in the fu-ture .It should begin with setting policy support and funding ,improving reproduction and breeding system and strengthening market regulation ,in order to stabilize the beef and mutton market prices and positively promote the healthy development of cattle and sheep industry in China .
