由流转土地利益的分配引发的争执是当前农村最主要的冲突之一，且多发生在村民自治选举的过程中。对土地流转与基层选举博弈的关联性分析表明：村干部的品德对流转土地价格与村民的收益具有较大的影响；选举过程中候选人的行为受预期土地流转规模和竞选人能力差距的影响较大；村干部的个人能力对土地流转规模的扩大有着决定性影响。因此，在村庄治理中，应注重村干部能力和品德的考核，鼓励村庄精英参加村治选举，适时推广组合式选举，建立村民与承包人之间的直接谈判机制，推进土地流转市场化进程，增加农民收入。

The current conflict in rural areas exists in the interest and land dispute ,while the interest demands in land allocation are mainly expressed in the process of villagers ’ autonomy .The correlation analysis between the election of village cadres and land transference shows that the personal qualities of village cadres has a great influ -ence on the price of land transference and the earnings of farmers .What's more ,the expected scale of land transfer-ence and the candidates ability gap influence the behaviors of candidates in the process of election .Lastly ,the ca-pacity of village cadres determines the scale of land transference and the distribution of revenues .So we recommend to strengthen the assessment of the competence and integrity of the village cadres ,encourage the village elites to participate in the election ,promote the combined election gradually and establish direct negotiation between the farmers and the contractors to promote the process of land transference in the rural area and increase farmers ’ in-come .
