滚珠丝杠是现代电子装备中经常用到的机械传动部件，其主要功能是将旋转运动转化成直线运动，或者是将扭矩转化成丝杠方向的作用力，具备高精度和高效率的特点。在实际的使用过程中，经常会遇到丝杠垂直偏心安装的情况，此时丝杠和螺母上会受到非常大的作用力，加速丝杠和螺母的磨损，使丝杠和螺母过早报废，造成巨大的损失。给出了一种简便的方法，在不增加成本的前提下，使丝杠螺母上所受到的作用力大大减小，对改善丝杠的使用状况具有一定的实用价值。
