Stainless steel heater is an energy-efficient heating appliance. The energy-efficient is raised about 30 percent, compared with the traditional heating resistance wire tube. With the mature of domestic stainless steel heating electronic paste, the costs of heater were reduced significantly. Currently, stainless steel heater and stainless steel matrix slurry are developing interactively, showing a good momentum of development. The materials of stainless steel heater and heater preparation process was discussed.
