制备了镍内电极Y5V特性多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC),采用SEM、DPA等分析手段研究了烧结工艺对样品电性能和可靠性的影响,结果发现,合适的烧结温度可以使陶瓷晶粒生长充分均匀,使陶瓷体致密度高。合适的烧结气氛可以减小样品在烧结时的内部应力,从而防止内部缺陷的发生。烧结温度和烧结气氛的合理匹配,可以使样品的电性能和可靠性达到最优。
製備瞭鎳內電極Y5V特性多層陶瓷電容器(MLCC),採用SEM、DPA等分析手段研究瞭燒結工藝對樣品電性能和可靠性的影響,結果髮現,閤適的燒結溫度可以使陶瓷晶粒生長充分均勻,使陶瓷體緻密度高。閤適的燒結氣氛可以減小樣品在燒結時的內部應力,從而防止內部缺陷的髮生。燒結溫度和燒結氣氛的閤理匹配,可以使樣品的電性能和可靠性達到最優。

Y5V characteristics multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) with Ni internal electrode were prepared. Influence of sintering process on electrical performance and reliability of samples were researched by SEM, DPA and so on. The results show that proper sintering temperature can make grains grow fully and evenly and make density of ceramic body high. Proper sintering atmosphere can reduce internal stress of samples during sintering, therefore prevent occurrence of internal defect. Proper matching of sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere enables electrical performance and reliability of samples to be optimized.
